We specialize in a wide range of mechanical processes to create high-quality metal products and structures. Each process is executed with precision and attention to detail, using advanced technologies to meet our clients’ needs in various sectors. Below are the main processes we offer:

Sheet Metal Bending: We perform sheet metal bending up to 3 meters with CNC press brakes. This technology ensures maximum flexibility and precision to meet all customer requirements.

Metal Stamping: Our expertise allows us to form various metals such as stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, and iron in different thicknesses and dimensions. We use mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 300 tons with worktables of 1000x800mm.

CNC Calendering: Our CNC calenders create curved and conical shapes from flat metal sheets. The advanced technology of the motorized rollers ensures precise and uniform curvature.

TIG and MIG Welding: We offer welding services on iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, including automated longitudinal TIG welding up to 1 meter.

Sheet Metal Flanging: We perform bending of parts of the sheet to obtain angles using an automatic CNC flanging machine, ensuring precision and quality.

Sheet Metal Shearing: We cut sheets up to 6 mm thick with precision and speed.

Drilling, Tapping, and Countersinking: We provide precise drilling, tapping, and countersinking services.

Riveting and Insert Application: We securely join components with riveting and insert application.

Stud Welding: We offer discharge welding on ferrous materials, stainless steel, and aluminum for a robust and durable connection.
